  1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. If the item has been used or opened, it may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

  • Some items are non-returnable or non-exchangeable, including but not limited to:

    • Perishable goods

    • Custom or personalized items

    • Items on sale or discounted (unless defective)

  1. Return Process
    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
  • Contact our customer support team at info@apkirange.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

  • If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address.

  • Securely pack the items and include the RA number. Ship the items back to us using a trackable shipping service. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will process the return within 5–7 business days.

  1. Refund Process
    Once your return is processed:
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take up to 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

  1. Exchange Process
    If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:
  • Follow the same process as returns, but specify in your request that you are seeking an exchange.

  • If there is a price difference between the items, we will inform you of the required payment.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Photos of the damaged or defective product.

We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. Please note that you must report defective or damaged items within 7 days of receiving your order.
